A little about me.
I'm the person who looks at a mess of tasks and sees a system waiting to happen. I got into operations coordination because I'm genuinely energized by organizing chaos—turning scattered information into dashboards people trust, coordinating moving parts so launches actually ship, and improving processes so teams stop wasting time on things that should just work.
I'm building my skills in Excel, project management, and workflow improvement by doing the work that matters: unblocking launches, cutting delivery times, and giving managers their time back. If your team is missing deadlines, drowning in coordination work, or launching things late, I can help you fix it.
